Rapid development of pulmonary Mycobacterium avium infection during chemoradiotherapy followed by durvalumab treatment in a locally advanced NSCLC patient

We report the case of a patient with unresectable locally advanced NSCLC who developed MAC disease with cavitary lesions during treatment with the PD-ligand 1 (PD-L1) inhibitor durvalumab after receiving chemoradiotherapy (CRT).
