Advanced Lung Disease in Patients with Cystic Fibrosis Is Associated with Low Diffusion capacity.

CONCLUSIONS: The 10- second perfusion time of the inert gas during DLCOSB represent the communicative alveolar volume in CF patients with advanced pulmonary disease.
