ConclusionSupplementing cryoprotectant with PMBE improves human sperm quality after cryo ‐resuscitation by reducing oxidative stress and stabilizing the functional proteins ISYNA1 and AKT1. PMBE addition improves the fertilization outcome of oxidative stress‐damaged sperm.
