Priority will be given to programs that can also demonstrate benefit to affected host communities and Nigerien returnees displaced by the conflict in Nigeria. Because of PRM's mandate to provide protection, assistance, and sustainable solutions for refugees and victims of conflict, PRM will consider funding only those projects that include a target beneficiary base of at least 50 percent refugees.
