[Uretero-iliac artery fistula as a urological emergency].

We present 2 cases of a uretero-iliac artery fistula. Nowadays, minimally-invasive endovascular therapy seems to be the treatment of choice. For an optimal outcome, a multidisciplinary team with imminent availability of radiology, vascular surgery, urology and anaesthesia is required.
