miR-1225-5p inhibits non-small cell lung cancer cell proliferation, migration and invasion, and may be a prognostic biomarker.
In conclusion, the findings of the present study indicated that the downregulated expression levels of miR-1225-5p in NSCLC may predict a poor prognosis in patients and suggested miR-1225-5p as a potential therapeutic target for NSCLC.
