Use of the ORBEYETM Exoscope in General Surgery: The Advent of Video-Assisted Open Surgery.

Conclusion. To the best of our knowledge, ours is the very first report on the employment of the ORBEYE exoscope during general surgery. Our experience assures us that this highly ergonomic technology with its high-resolution 4K 3D optical system allows the surgeon to perform safe and precise surgery in several dedicated steps in which adequate magnification is required with no adverse effects to the surgeon or the surgical procedure itself.
