14.3 proteomic profiling identifies markers of inflammation in anorexia nervosa in support of immuno-metabolic dysfunction

Studies on inflammatory markers in anorexia nervosa to date have focused on a small set of key inflammation markers, yielding contradictory results. We explored differences between low-weight eating disorders (LWED; anorexia nervosa and atypical anorexia) and healthy controls (HCs) across 92 inflammation markers in plasma.
