Comparison of the Visual Performance after Implantation of Three Aberration-correcting Aspherical Intraocular Lens.

CONCLUSIONS: Cataract surgery with non-constant aberration IOL resulted in lower coma and better intraocular stray light than with the spherical aberration -0.18μm and -0.27μm IOLs despite equivalent postoperative levels of visual acuity and contrast sensitivity.
