Ssu72 regulates alveolar macrophage development and allergic airway inflammation by fine tuning of GM-CSF receptor signaling

Our study demonstrates that Ssu72 phosphatase binds to GM-CSF receptor βc, regulating GM-CSF signaling strength in AMs which plays critical role in development, and functions of AMs, thereby regulating immune responses in allergic airway inflammation.
