Diagnostic utility of atrial entrainment for differentiation of long RP tachycardia

A 56-year-old man who had a history of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) with a long RP interval was referred for electrophysiology study. Clinical tachycardia was induced spontaneously without an AH jump. A His refractory premature ventricular contraction (PVC) was delivered via the right ventricular (RV) electrodes, and the responses of tachycardia are shown in Figure  1A. The response of tachycardia to entrainment from the RV and distal coronary sinus are shown in Figures 1B and 1C, respectively.
