Interleukin-17A Expression Correlated with the Prognosis of Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps and the Anti-Interleukin-17A Effect in a Murine Nasal Polyps Model

Conclusion: Our results suggest that IL-17A plays a crucial role and may affect the prognosis of CRSwNP. Anti-IL-17A treatment may reduce the formation of polypoid lesions through inhibition of MMP-9 expression.ORL
