Journal of Vascular Surgery – August 2020 Audiovisual Summary

Hello! My name is Peter Lawrence and I am pleased to introduce the August issue of the Journal of Vascular Surgery and highlight four outstanding papers that are freely available for the next 2  months. This is the fourth video that we have produced since the COVID virus hit the U.S., and we know that many of our readers of the JVS journals lives have been turned upside down. We have received over 150 COVID papers, but we must now begin turning down. If we took them all, you would need a wheelbarrow to carry the journal! Therefore, we are restoring our previous rules, even for COVID papers—all accepted arterial COVID papers will be published in the Journal of Vascular Surgery, all venous papers in the Journal of Vascular Surgery: Venous and Lymphatic Disorders, and all videos, cas e reports, clinical studies with more than seven patients and innovative techniques will be published in the JVS-CIT.
