Spontaneous Intracranial Hypotension With Brain Sagging Attributable to a Cerebrospinal Fluid –Venous Fistula

This case report describes a 44-year-old man who presented with positional headaches and other symptoms and was found to have spontaneous intracranial hypotension because of a cerebrospinal fluid –venous fistula.
