Preface

Neuromuscular disorders (NMD) is probably the most dynamic neurology subspecialty. The incidence of NMD as a group (160/100,000) is comparable to that of Parkinson disease and is increasing due to improved diagnosis and management. NMD carry high mortality and morbidity and economic burden.
