Experience with Omalizumab for the Treatment of Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria in a Tertiary Center: Real life experience.

CONCLUSIONS: Our results show that omalizumab was an effective treatment for intractable CSU and did not cause any serious adverse effects other than asthenia, vertigo, and injection site reaction in 4 patients. These findings are relevant because they reflect real-life data.
