Determining neuraxial block onset in a patient with complete T6 paraplegia

We report a case of combined spinal-epidural (CSE) anesthesia for cesarean delivery in a patient with complete T6 paraplegia, in which skin temperature probe monitoring was used to document the onset of neuraxial blockade.
