Prehabilitation vs Postoperative Rehabilitation for Frail Patients

To the Editor We read the article by Carli et al with great interest. The authors conducted a very important study, evaluating the effectiveness of multimodal prehabilitation on 30-day postoperative complications in frail patients undergoing colorectal cancer resection compared with those in patients undergoing postoperative rehabilitation. Unfortunately, their null hypothesis could not be rejected, and we would like to discuss a few issues that potentially affected the results.
