Myocarditis after trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole treatment for ehrlichiosis.
We report a woman, 78 years of age, who was treated with trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole after a tick bite, in whom myocarditis was subsequently diagnosed. She recovered completely after doxycycline therapy.
