Prevention of Recurrent Mucinous Borderline Ovarian Tumor with Aromatase Inhibitor

We present two cases of progression from mucinous cystadenoma to mucinous BOT (mBOT) after prior cystectomies in whom an AI was used with recurrence prevention.
