Morphological characteristics of Malaysian Malay shoulders for the Latarjet procedure: A cross-sectional CT scan based study

Conclusions: The maximum length of the coracoid available for transfer in Malasian Malay patients was less than what has been recommended in the literature for the Latarjet procedure. The surface area that would be increased after a coracoid graft is placed on the glenoid would be 12.4±1.8 mm. Knowledge obtained from this study may help us further optimize osseous considerations for the Latarjet procedure in the Malaysian Malay population. Level of Evidence: Level III.
