Current Situation of Home Oxygen Therapy for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients in Korea.
CONCLUSION: This study revealed low adherence to home oxygen therapy, poor health-related quality of life, frequent hospitalizations, and a high financial burden among COPD patients using home oxygen therapy. The study highlights the need for adequate strategies to improve the quality of home oxygen therapy.
