From Half Empty to Half Full: Using A Growth Mindset to Lead Your Team and Yourself (FR450)
The field of hospice and palliative care is undergoing many changes. This can lead to predictable conflicts and tension as a team attempts to navigate uncertainty and ambiguity. It has been shown that a growth mindset helps us persist in the face of setbacks, learn from failures, look for new opportunities, and build capacity to manage ambiguity and uncertainty.
