Slowly Progressive Elbow Swelling

A 9-year-old boy was brought to us with the complaint of a lump over the lateral side of the right elbow for the past 1  month. The swelling was slowly progressive and tender to touch, accompanied by a low-grade fever. There was no history of trauma, weight loss, cough, or dyspnea. Contact history with tuberculosis was negative. Examination revealed a 9 × 8 × 8 cm swelling over the proximal and lateral aspect of the right forearm without any obvious joint involvement, slightly tender on palpation with no other signs of inflammation.
