Body temperature and major neurological improvement in tPA‐treated stroke patients

ConclusionHigher body temperature was independently associated with MNI in severe ischaemic stroke patients treated with tPA. This may suggest a beneficial effect of higher body temperature on clot lysis and recanalization.
