[Indications and perioperative results of completion pneumonectomy].

Conclusions: Morbidity and mortality are the highest after rCP, but these patients usually do not have any other chance for healing. We have not performed repeat surgery for incomplete tumour resection in the last 10 years. Comparing our results to the international data, the morbidity after cCP is high, the mortality is similar.
