Endovascular Repair of Isolated Abdominal Aortic Dissection and Enlarging Aneurysm

We present a case in which an endovascular stent graft was deployed within the false lumen of an isolated chronic abdominal aortic dissection within an aneurysm in a unique staged approach. The patient has consented to publication of her case details and images.
