Impact of skeletal muscle quality on two-year trajectory of exercise capacity after lung transplantation
Conclusion: Exercise capacity may recover slowly in second year after LTx, especially in patients with poor quality of skeletal muscles before LTx. These patients may require prolonged physical therapy or other intervention.
