Medication adherence in patients with asthma using once-daily versus twice-daily ICS/LABAs.

Conclusions: In this real-world study, patients initiating FF/VI had better adherence and lower risk of discontinuing treatment versus B/F or FP/SAL, suggesting that once-daily ICS/LABA treatment might improve adherence and persistence compared with twice-daily alternatives.
