Syphilitic meningomyelitis misdiagnosed as spinal cord tumor: Case and review.

Conclusion: Syphilitic meningomyelitis can occur at early or late stage of syphilis, the onset may be acute, subacute or chronic. The imaging findings suggested focal inflammation of the spinal cord.
