A 15-Year-Old Girl with a Squint

A 15-year-old girl from Singapore presented with 1-week history of blurry vision. She described seeing objects alongside each other horizontally, with no changes in color perception. She had no intercurrent illnesses or preceding head injury. There were no chronic early morning headaches or nausea. There was no family history of autoimmune conditions.
