The goals of this session are as follows: 1) to review historical and common understandings of epilepsy and ASD; 2) to discuss controversies associated with epilepsy and ASD comorbidities; and 3) to encourage personalized treatment and management tailored to the needs of each individual with comorbid epilepsy and ASD.
