ConclusionPes anserine bursitis with intramedullary extension is an unusual presentation of bursitis that may simulate a neoplasm clinically and radiologically. To avoid misdiagnosis, radiologists should be aware of the occurrence of osseous changes in the tibia confluent with pes anserine bursitis.
