Incidence of shoulder functional morbidity following ipsilateral mastectomy and latissimus dorsi flap reconstruction.

CONCLUSION: Our study shows a high incidence of significant shoulder functional morbidity following latissimus dorsi flap reconstruction but number of patients requiring specific treatment is low.
