Phytochemical study of Sinningia reitzii (Gesneriaceae) led to the isolation of three new naphtoquinones, 6,7-dimethoxydunnione, 7-hydroxy-6-methoxydunnione, and 5-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxydunnione from the tubers, together with four known compounds, 7-hydroxydunnione, 8-hydroxydunnione, 5-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxy- α -dunnione, and 8-hydroxydeydrodunnione. Conclusions: The 7th edition of the TNM classification for esophageal carcinoma is poorly recognized and understood in central and southern China, which might contribute to the relatively low rates of appropriate perioperative procedures applied for esophageal cancer patients.

This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of apatinib, a novel tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeting tumor angiogenesis, as second-line treatment in recurrent or advanced cervical cancer patients. Twenty patients who failed cisplatin/paclitaxel ± bevacizumab treatment received a 4-week cycle of apatinib, with a daily dosage of 500 mg or 250 mg. In this study, we aimed to identify the role of long intervening noncoding 00467 (LINC00467) in epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT), invasion and migration of cervical cancer cells by regulating miR-107 and kinesin family member 23 (KIF23). Microarray analyses were used to detect cervical cancer –related differentially expressed genes, followed by determination of LINC00467, miR-107, and KIF23 levels and subcellular location of LINC00467.
ConclusionMRI has good diagnostic performance for assessing myometrial invasion in patients with endometrial cancer, especially in patients younger than 60 years old. Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI and diffusion weighted imaging can help improve sensitivity and specificity for detecting myometrial invasion. MRI shows high specificity for detecting cervical invasion and lymph node metastases in endometrial cancer.
