Good Visual Performance Despite Reduced Optical Quality During the First Month of Orthokeratology Lens Wear.

Conclusions: While corneal optical quality decreased steadily during the first month following lens wearing, the visual acuity and shape discrimination sensitivity assessed by SDT remained very satisfactory.
