High-quality cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) delivered by the lay public is a key link in the chain of survival for out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA). Bystander CPR has been associated with higher survival rates in comparison with no CPR both for cardiac1,2 and non-cardiac origin.3
