Self-Harm, Self-Harm Ideation, and Mother-Infant Interactions: A Prospective Cohort Study.

CONCLUSIONS: Self-harm ideation during pregnancy is associated with elevated depressive symptoms in the perinatal period and with poorer quality mother-infant interactions.
