Gingival Crevicular Fluid Release Profile of Vascular Endothelial Cell Growth Factor and Platelet-Derived Growth Factors-BB Following Minimally Invasive Flap Reflection during Treatment of Intrabony Defects: A Randomized Clinical Trial.

CONCLUSIONS: Within the limits of the present study, we can surmise that MIS treatment of periodontal defects is associated with initially higher GCF levels of the studied growth factors. These increased GF levels are well correlated with the improved soft-tissue parameters of the periodontal defects. PMID: 31473715 [PubMed]
