This systematic review to support the 2019 US Preventive Services Task Force Recommendation Statement on medication use for breast cancer risk reduction summarizes published evidence on the benefits and harms of tamoxifen, raloxifene, and aromatase inhibitors used to reduce risk of primary invasive breast cancer in women.
