In one recent study done in Japanese population, eating behaviors, such as late meal time, eating for a longer time (p<0.005), frequent skip meals (p<0.01) and TV watching at meal (p<0.03), are associated with late sleeping time; however, eating speed was not significantly associated with sleep time (p=0.34) (Sato-Mito et al, 2011). Folate (Vitamin B12,Cobalamin) is abundant in green vegetables (Lee et al, 1998). Vitamin B12, Vitamin B6 and folate, along with zinc and magnesium, facilitate synaptic functioning (Zimmermann, 2001).
