Spiny keratoderma: Report of 2 cases
We present two new cases of SK, one associated to ovarian carcinoma. First case is a 83-year-old woman who consulted for hands lesions since 5 years ago that caused mild discomfort. As medical history, we should highligh the concomitant diagnosis of ovarian carcinoma. Physical examination showed millimetric keratotic lesions in palms.
