Eruptive and inflamed seborrheic keratoses secondary to withdrawal of epidermal estrogen patch

Although seborrheic keratoses are one of the most commonly seen lesions in dermatology, they can present in unusual ways. Here we describe a unique presentation of eruptive seborrheic keratoses. A 64-year-old female presented with lesions that erupted suddenly all over her skin over the past few months. The lesions were steadily enlarging, tender and pruritic. The patient denied a personal history of cancer, including skin cancer. She also denied weight loss, fevers, chills, night sweats, abdominal pain or change in stool caliber.
