OskolokAbstractThe original approach was developed and used for screening analysis of more than 40 pharmaceuticals (nonsteroidal analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs, β-adrenoblockers, secretolytics, fluoroquinolones, metabolic stimulants and others) by digital colorimetry with the use of office flatbed scanner. The proposed technique is based on the simultaneous several colorimetric reactions with different molecular sensors placed in a 96-well plate, and its subsequent optical scanning. Computer processing of the bitmap image and multisensory signal discretization allows to obtain a unique barcode suitable for identification and determination of active substances in drugs. This approach can be used for testing the quality of pharmaceuticals.Graphical abstract
