Doubt of after surgery effects

2 years ago met with an accident & had1)craniotomy,evacuation of hematoma2)cranioplasty3)excision of lobe.
Q.1.After that, I sometimes sneeze too much.Is this having any kind of relationship with surgery?
Q.2.What are other LONG TERM EFFECTS of the surgery as mentioned?
