Hallie Barnard, 11, from Denton, Texas, was born with a bone marrow disorder and received a transplant in November 2018. Just four months later she was diagnosed with bone cancer.

In this study, several biopsies from a patient-derived primary renal-cell carcinoma were analyzed by whole-exome sequencing and aligned to healthy tissue. Conclusion:Selinexor based combination regimens have shown better clinical response against AML as compared to monotherapy. The efficacy results in multiple myeloma and other hematological malignancies are also encouraging.
