Managing Chronic Non-Malignant Pain in the Elderly: Intrathecal Therapy

This article reviews current knowledge regarding intrathecal opioid therapy, focusing particularly on the use of IDD in elderly patients. Current literature is presented, and the arguments in favor of and against this therapy in elderly patients are discussed.
