Save the meniscus - Clinical outcomes of meniscectomy versus meniscal repair.

CONCLUSION: Both meniscectomy and meniscal repair are viable surgical techniques for meniscal injury and have good outcomes. Meniscal repair has a better prognosis in the long run.
