Racial Disparities with Esophageal Cancer Mortality at a High-Volume University Affiliated Center: An All ACCESS Invitation.

CONCLUSIONS: We found race to be an independent risk factor for OM in EC patients. This likely reflects differences in healthcare utilization or access, as evidenced by higher prevalence of Stage IV EC in black patients.
