HRS White Paper on Interoperability of Data from Cardiovascular Implantable Electronic Devices (CIEDs)

These revisions and clarifications will expand the capabilities of the IDCO profile and ISO/IEEE-11073 nomenclature1 making it less ambiguous to the clinicians, more specific for industry to implement thereby improving patient care, and expanding its use to more device and electrode types including leadless pacemakers, subcutaneous ICDs, and implantable loop recorders.
